Loved this interview and learning about the therapeutic benefits of using creative expression to overcome depression! Who knew? Perhaps victims of abuse feel so powerless and unlovable, they need to discover how beautiful and admirable their God-given gifts are. No one can take those away from us. They are always waiting inside us to be developed and shared:)

Yes! Finding and using our God-given gifts is crucial in healing and building a life we can thrive in. Creativity is a lovely way to connect with the beauty of our inner-self. It’s so important to have productive outlets for our ideas and emotions.
